Avi Yehudai, OD

Avi D. Yehudai, OD – earned his Bachelor of Science degree from The College of New Jersey and his Doctorate of Optometry from the State University of New York, College of Optometry. He completed clinical externships through the VA system in NJ and the University Eye Center in NYC. He received training in ocular disease, surgical co-management, as well as specialty contact lenses for patients with keratoconus and other corneal conditions.

Dr. Avi has experience treating ocular diseases such as glaucoma, dry eye, infections, auto-immune eye disease, foreign bodies, keratoconus and many other conditions. 

 

He is a recipient of the Gas Permeable Lens Institute’s award for Clinical Excellence in specialty contact lenses. Dr. Avi has a keen interest in helping patients with corneal diseases and keratoconus.

 

He volunteers at the Special Olympics Opening Eyes vision screenings at TCNJ and also took part in several eye care mission trips to Central America.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing music, watching soccer, and spending time with friends and family.
